Inmoov – Arduino Robot Development

Along with an interest in robotics, a major skill set needed for this course is the ability to work in teams. This robotics class will use the Inmoov Robot assembly and Arduino programming hobby kits customized for beginner to intermediate learners ages 7-17 (Min Age: Must turn 7 by 12-31-15).  With the guidance of the Carnegie Mellon based Curriculum, the program will deliver lab based, project driven sessions building the appendages of the Inmoov Humanoid Robot.

This robotics program is ideal for students who enjoy problem-solving and want to develop interpersonal skills through working in a collaborative team setting. If you like mechanics, engineering, ever wondered about what makes things ‘Tick’ or simply have a curiosity of how things work, then this is the place for you! As students have fun building robots and competing in robotics missions, this popular robotics experience will provided in conjunction with an Arduino Robot assembly and programming kit a strong foundation for future study in computer engineering, math, mechanical engineering, and other STEM subjects.
